About Dr. Tepper

Dr. Tepper is an actively practicing, board-certified OB/GYN Hospitalist. He began his career in private practice and then transitioned to hospital-based work, where he cares for a diverse population of patients with both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies, delivering over 200 patients every year. Dr. Tepper completed OB/GYN residency at Pennsylvania Hospital in the University of Pennsylvania Health System. He has been board-certified in OB/GYN by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2021.
He has won awards in residency for teaching, surgical excellence, and research; he is an experienced expert witness and a peer-reviewed author.
As an expert witness, Dr. Tepper has reviewed cases for attorneys and law firms representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has also provided opinions for medical malpractice insurers and major liability carriers.
